Fictitious dinners

July 24, 2012

Dinah Fried is a graphic designer pursuing an MFA at Rhode Island School of Design. After receiving a BA in English from Tufts University, she worked as a project manager at Pentagram Design in New York, and edited visual books at HarperCollins. Dinah is currently working on her thesis, which is called Novel Reading.

The photographs in this series, Fictitious Dishes, enter the lives of five fictional characters and depict meals from the novels The Catcher in the Rye, Oliver Twist, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, and Moby Dick.

We like it a lot!
