Swedish grub

Sweden is great.

The swedes themselves are a bit weird when it comes to their food, but that’s OK.
We tried surstromming and that was horrendous. But then we also tried fish roe from Kalix and that was stunningly good.

So we didn’t want to give up completely and so we came across a low-cost brand in Sweden called Garant, which is not only very tasty, but it also looks pretty nice. We tried some pickled fish and we loved it. I was tempted to buy more of their stuff just because of the design of their labels.
