- To make dough in a bowl will add all-purpose flour + corn flour+ salt+ butter and lukewarm water and combine it well and make a dough(neither much soft nor much tight) and rest for 1/2 an hour.
- For filling in a bowl mix all chopped vegetables and add garlic ginger paste + salt+ green chilli sauce+ soya sauce and mix well..
- Now divide the dough in small equal parts and roll it.. now put sum filling in center of rolled dough and fold it like given in picture.
- Like that prepare all the wontons.
- Now in left over filling will add two and half glass of water, sum salt, vinegar, soya sauce and green chilli sauce to taste.. and wen comes to boil will add the wontons in it and keep boiling for 10 minutes on medium flame…
