  12. Get 1 of potato boiled and mashed.
  13. Provide 1/4 cup of crumble paneer.
  14. Get 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  15. Prepare 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
  16. Take 1/2 tsp of dry mango powder.
  17. Use 1 tbsp of pav bhaji masala.
  18. Prepare To taste of Salt.

  1. Heat oil in a wok and add hing, mustard seeds and jeera as it crackle add chopped green chilli and curry leaves and stir a while.
  2. Than add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala and stir a minute.
  3. Add onion and cook till translucent, than add capsicum and slightly.
  4. Than add paneer,potato,dry mango powder and salt and mix it nicely.
  5. Cook it for a couple of minute than turn off the flame and let it cool.
  6. For khandvi idli lets prepare batter for this in a mixing bowl take besan and mix curd and water nicely so that no lumps formed.
  7. Add salt and turmeric powder and mix.
  8. Grease idli making plates.
  9. Pour the mixture in a non stick pan and stir it continuously and cook till it thickens on low flame.
  10. Switch off the flame and pour one spoon batter in idli plate and put stuffing in center and cover it with batter…fill all the plates like this.
  11. Let it set down,after 10 minutes take out the khandvi idli carefully.
  12. Cut it in half and now it's ready to serve with green chutney or coconut chutney.
