- Slice the lauki evenly.Add turmeric powder & chilli powder.
- Add salt and mix well. Marinate for 15 to 20 mins.
- Brush the oil on the Tawa and pan fry the lauki.fry the entire lauki sliced similarly and set aside.
- Turn and cook on both sides for all the slices..
- Heat oil and add cumin seeds and curry leaves..
- Add chopped ginger and green chillies..
- Add the grated tomatoes..
- Add coriander powder, red chillies powder and Garam masala powder..
- Adjust the salt..
- Add the toasted lauki..
- Cover with lid and cook for few mins..
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapatis.
