- In a bowl mix together semolina / suji,curd,turmeric powder,chat masala,garam masala powder,salt,green chilli, coriander leaves and all veggies with enough water for a thick consistency and leave it aside for half an hour..

- Heat oil in a non stick pan..
- Add black mustard seeds and cumin seeds to crackle and add curry leaves..
- Pour the semolina / suji batter and let it cook on the low flame and covered.
- Cook for 10 mins then flip over till golden brown and crispy..
- Cook again for 10 mins till brown and crispy..
