  1. You need 3 liter of boiling water.
  2. Prepare 50 grams of dry astragal root, in slices (milk vetch root).
  3. Get 1 packages of snow peas, prepared.
  4. Get 1 packages of mini bok-choy, bottom removed then cut in two length wise.
  5. Take 1 packages of mushrooms, thinly sliced.
  6. Prepare 2 bunch of green onions (scallions), finely chopped.
  7. Get 140 grams of miso paste.
  8. Provide 1 tbsp of szechuan peppercorns.
